What is the Explorer's Club?

Guests who book with us directly,
for four (4) separate stays, and
who have stayed in each room
will earn a free two-night stay in whichever room they prefer!

AND ... if they wish ... they may add their names and photo to our website's list of
Origins Explorers.

The Details

To qualify, you must
  • Stay in each of our four (4) rooms - River, Copper, Pueblo and Canyon - for a minimum of two nights each. 
  • Begin each stay at least two (2) weeks apart (i.e., no 'room hopping' during the course of one stay).
  • Book each stay with us directly, via this website or by calling us at 928.224.2922  (i.e., you must reserve a room with us directly and not via Booking.com, Airbnb or any other travel website, service or agent).

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
 
  1. If I already stayed with you, will that count?
    • Yes ... if you booked with us directly, and that stay was for two or more nights.
       
  2. If I booked my first stay via Booking.com but my second stay with you directly, will my first stay count?
    • No.  Only stays that have been booked with us directly - via our own website or by calling us directly at 928.224.2922 - will count toward your Origins Explorer's Club goal.
       
  3. Does booking via my mobile phone count?
    • Yes ... if you book with us directly, and that stay is for two or more nights.  Accessing our website via your mobile device to book a stay counts the same as if you book via your computer.
       
  4. I've now stayed four times, but not in each room yet.  Will that count?
    • No.  To be an Origins Explorer, you must stay in each of our four rooms (on separate stays, for at least two nights each stay).
       
  5. If I book four nights in a row, staying two nights in one room and the other two in another, will that count as two stays?
    • No.  That will count as one stay.
       
  6. I am vacationing for one week.  If I arrive at the beginning of the week, then leave, and then come back again at the end of the week but stay in a different room, will that count as two stays?
    • No.  That will count as one stay.  The arrival date of each stay must be at least two weeks apart.
       
  7. I've now stayed four times, once in each room, but one of my stays was for just a single night.  Will that one-night stay count?
    • No.  To count toward the Origins Explorer's Club as a stay, each room stay must be at least two nights.
       
  8. I booked two rooms for two nights each, so that we and our friends can enjoy your B&B together.  Will that count as two stays toward the Origins Explorer's Club?
    • No.  You will get credit for one stay.  The arrival date of each of your stays must be at least two weeks apart.  If your friends paid separately, their stay will count toward their membership in the Origins Explorer's Club.
       
  9. I have stayed in three of your four rooms, but the one room I need in order to qualify for the Origins Explorer's Club is not available when I'd like to visit.  Can I just stay in a different room and still qualify?
    • No.  To be an Origins Explorer, you must stay in each of our four rooms (on separate stays).  Without staying in each room, you haven't fully explored Origins Bed & Breakfast!
       
  10. I have stayed with you before, but will not be able to visit for another year or two.  Is there a time limit on achieving the four qualifying stays?
    • No.  However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel this recognition program without notification to our past or future guests. 
       
  11. I have completed my 4th stay which qualifies me for the Origins Explorer's Club.  How do I book my 'free stay' with you?
    • Congratulations!
      Call us directly at 928.224.2922 to schedule your stay.

       
  12. I have completed my 4th stay which qualifies me for the Origins Explorer's Club.  Do I have to have my name and/or photo posted on your website?
    • Absolutely NOT! 
      Your privacy is of key importance to us.
      We will still celebrate your accomplishment when you arrive!!!

       
  13. I have completed my 4th stay which qualifies me for the Origins Explorer's Club.  Is there a time limit on when I use my 'free stay' with you?
    • No.  However, we suggest you use the 'free stay' within a year of achieving it.  We reserve the right to alter or cancel this recognition program without notification to our past or future guests.
       
  14. I have completed my 4th stay which qualifies me for the Origins Explorer's Club.  Can I give someone else my free night's stay?
    • No.  The free two-night stay is to reward our new Origins Explorer Club members.
       
  15. I have completed my 4th stay which qualifies me for the Origins Explorer's Club.  However, I will not be able stay at Origins B&B again. Can you just give me the value of the free stay?
    • No.  The free two-night stay is a lodging discount we offer our Origins Explorer Club members; there is no redeemable cash value associated with it.
       
  16. I am soon arriving for my 'free stay.'  Which means I've already enjoyed so many of Karen's delicious breakfasts.  May I choose what is served for breakfast during my stay?
    • Yes!  Please give us a call, so that we can plan for your breakfast!
